This is the latest innovation from eFOLDi, following on from the success of the popular eFOLDi mobility scooter. This lightweight powerchair has been designed for ease of transportation. It utilises lightweight Lithium-ion battery technology so the total weight of the chair including the battery is only a staggering 34 lbs!!
For a lightweight powerchair, the performance of this model is very impressive. The chair can support a user of up to 21 stone in weight. The powerful yet lightweight Lithium-ion battery can carry a user for a maximum of 12 miles between charges. There is also a carry slot on the chair to allow you to carry a spare battery for those busy days. We are delighted to be able to include a spare battery completely free of charge!
The controls are very easy to use and there is an LED display to show you the selected speed and your battery status. From a safety point of view there is a lap belt as standard and in-built electro-mechanical brakes to bring to a stop swiftly and smoothly. There are also manual brakes for each rear wheel and (optional) rear anti-tip wheels.
So, if you are looking for a lightweight powerchair solution that is easily transportable perhaps you have just found the solution....
All of our powerchairs come with a comprehensive 12 months parts and labour warrant including home engineer call out.
