First-year warranty & aftercare

On eligible products, our first-year in-home warranty includes up to three visits, parts and labour for manufacturing faults, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Misuse is excluded: a £120 callout fee plus any repair costs applies.

First-year manufacturing-fault cover also remains available at our premises, with transport arranged and paid for by the customer under this warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected. View delivery and warranty terms.

VAT relief on eligible products

If you have a qualifying disability or long-term illness, eligible products for your personal or domestic use can be purchased without VAT. You do not need to be registered disabled.

Complete our eligibility declaration before checkout, including your qualifying condition. Both the customer and product must qualify. Read the VAT-relief guidance.
